Ingredients⁠

  • Hazelnuts x 1 cup + 12 hazelnuts

  • Cocoa powder x 2 tbsp

  • Agave syrup x 2 tbsp or rice syrup

  • Vanilla extract x 1 tsp

  • Salt x 1 pinch

  • Dark chocolate chunks x 2 tbsp

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

Method⁠

  1. Add 1 cup of hazelnuts to a food processor and blitz until chopped into tiny pieces, then add the cacao powder, agave syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt and chocolate and pulse until all the ingredients start to stick together. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if the mixture is too dry.

  2.  With moist hands roll the mixture into 12 bite-size balls and place one hazelnut into the centre of each ball. Then roll in coconut.

  3.  Serve straight away or store in the fridge for later.
